The controller was exactly as described and shown in photos after it arrived in a very well packaged and protective box. I've tested the controller for the past day and it's been working pretty well, leaving me satisfied with this fairly sizable investment.
The packaging was well wrapped. The postage reasonably priced and notified all the way from Japan. The controller was in amazing condition and was clean.
