The item I bought was listed as new but it was not delivered in the manufacture box. Upon opening it, it was scratched and had a hole in it making it useless. I contacted the seller and a day later the return was accepted and a mailing label sent. I returned the item later that day and the next day the 100% refund was pending in my bank account. Thank goodness they offered a 30 day return and refund policy.
I bought an Ice Maker but it was damaged in shipping…. Not the sellers fault. They excepted the return “ no problem “ gave me a fast no question refund. Easy to deal with.
Item arrived quicker than expected and just as described. Appreciated that it was packed well to prevent scratches on the case. Would buy from this seller again.
