It's a very old kit and I've built one before so there were no surprises . As described. The service was excellent . I needed two so I bought from two different sellers. This one is here and being built. The other hasn't shipped yet. Outstanding service.
I’m disappointed that the bases of the houses are warped. They appear fine in the pictures. The box was also squeezed quite tightly, by the shipping box 📦 so it may be possible to have warped the house bases during the shipping process.
This item was received damage free and materially confirmed to the advertised condition. The shipping was a bit pricey but overall was worth the cost in acquisition of the product.
