The packaging was very secure, no dents in the box and bubble wrapped. The condition of the item is as describe (very good condition and it doesn't look like the product has been opened/used at all). The shipping did take a while, which is understandable considering it was going from Japan USA so I didn't mind the wait. I didn't realize it was shipped with a signature required so that was a little inconvenient on my end as I wasn't home so I had to pick it up at the post office. Great seller!
