The seat has a styrofoam filler, which can easily be removed or damaged. Used to be that such hip seats had sturdy plastic seats inside them. The manufacturer did not reveal that the seat was filled with styrofoam. The delivery took a very long time because it was shipped from mainland China. But the price was very competitive and the item arrived in usable condition. I would have preferred a more accurate description.
