The item was per the condition described. The seller was extremely honest in sharing that there were other same model item that had issue. Since the seller was not able to do a complete diagnostic before shipping the seller was kind enough to provide the a partial refund. The shipment was quick and adequately packaged to prevent any damage. And the product worked as intended. Most definitely a positive experience!
The seller shipped out the item quickly and it arrived in my town but, FedEx ended up messing up the shipping leading the package to presumably be lost im assuming. Either that or its at some random fed ex in Henderson 🤣. Other than that this seller is amazing just don't always count in FedEX!
