Works just fine, has netflix and mortal combat installed. I can't figure out how to factory reset it, it has previous owners email attached to it so you'll have to reset that yourself. It has all the stuff you need to jailbreak it downloaded but it is not setup, i never finished setting it up but there are youtube tutorials on how to do that. No apps downloaded besides the ones from the PlayStation store from previous owner. Comes with its charger, charger is pretty new i bought it just a few months ago. No charger box just the cord, fits into any standard phone charger box. No scratches or cracks to screen. All buttons work.
