The product is good, as described. My claim is for the seller, who only addressed me in one opportunity to say that the product will arrive and that I could be sure it will come. I wrote to them three other times, and they did not respond with any logical reason about why the item was taking so long. I do not like this seller, despite the fact that the bell was a good item.

A+ Re the sponges: exactly what I wanted- a nice thick sponge on both sides in assorted colors.. Not the thin sponge with scrubber on the back; those fall apart quickly.
Item received three days before I received notice that USPS had the item and would deliver soon; this while another item ordered the same day from a different vender was identified as delivered and then actually arrived five days later.
