  1. So far the seller has been quick and polite. We have watched the first season of this Star Trek Series from the Original Series, it played great. The Second Season however is not playing with glitches and freezes , so we will have to return it. We realize that this is not the sellers fault. The Company that did the recording is at fault. IWe are hoping that the next one will work properly. Thanks Jim and Barbara

  2. Item arrived in perfect condition and is as described in new condition. Appearance-wise it's perfect being shrink-wrapped which speaks volumes to the very high quality of service provided. The value is great, since this is cheaper than streaming and I never need to worry about my rights being revoked.

  3. I was disappointed that it does not contain the pilot episode the cage. Also, the operation of the DVDs is rather peculiar. You have to go through different steps to get it to work correctly. My wife and I will make it work.
