  1. Item was in good used condition and as described, but the packaging was poorly done. Item was shipped in a frozen food box that was cut and taped. It didn't even fully fit the item. I am shocked that the item was not damaged in transit due to the poor packing. Packing an item in what would be thrown away in the trash is not acceptable. If I pay for shipping, I expect it to be shipped in a box that will protect the item inside - preferably not trash that is barely taped together.
