Beautiful mugs as described, no issues there..had issues with how items were packaged which resulted in two of the mugs arriving broken. Reached out to seller & mugs were replaced, no cost..luckily they did arrive intact as, again, packing to assure safety of items was minimal. I do give credit to seller for good communication even during holidays but would recommend packing fragile items better with more packing material, bubble wrap, etc. to avoid these issues in the future.
sold me 8 dollar tree plates for 10X the price, but I couldn't find the set in my area, so I paid the price. was packed terribly but they made it unbroken, so I guess good enough. she sent 2 boxes and the second shipment was better than the first because I complained about the first. everything eventually came and wasn't broken. I just expected better for 10X the original price.
We received the four glasses, but one was broken in the box, contacted the seller, and within a few minutes, she responded and said she would send 2 new ones.
