Packaged very well item was as described Unfortunately, FedEx ruined the radio, this is the 3rd time that FedEx ruined a radio in transport, it was clearly mishandled by FedEx, not the sellers fault. The same happened with other radios as well. Seller refunded me, a great pity that such a nice radio was completely ruined by FedEx. I recommend avoiding FedEx shipping at all cost, unless you don't mind the item to arrive smashed
