Fantastic packing! Engine and tender, each in its' own plastic sleeve, wrapped individually in bubble wrap. Each then placed in its own heavy cardboard box. Boxes sealed and then packed in a heavy master cardboard box with lots of ample padding! Sellers pictures were spot on. Demonstration video was great. Seller even refunded some of the shipping cost! What more can I say. Great packing. Great pricing. Great shipping w/insurance and tracking. Great seller!look forward to doing business w/again
The track arrived today. I thought I had ordered O gauge, but it was the O27. The tracks are new, so I won't complain about it. Everything else went very well. Packaging was done very well, and shipping was excellent. I contacted the seller, and we had a very good exchange. Since it was my fault, I told seller I would keep them and use them somewhere on the layout. Excellent service with this seller and I would recommend buying from him. I will rate this seller AAAA++++.
This was my first purchase on eBay and I was nervous about doing it. My purchase was shipped right away and showed up quickly. It was well packed and there was no damage from the shipping. There was an issue with the item, I sent a message to the seller and they responded within a very short time, an hour or two.
