  1. Reached out due to shipping delay. Friendly and upfront. Item was exactly as described. The only knock and this is not against the seller … this is against USPS. Shipping USPS has been dreadful since late November. I would recommend the other carries, but USPS having “final mile delivery” that has caused issues as well. Like I said, great seller. The hat replaces the one I lost on deployment.

I had a small issue with the battery being dead when it arrived, but I'm pretty sure it is an older model 3+ years, so it could have just been the end of its life. Anyway, I contacted the seller about the problem, and right away a partial refund was issued. I couldn't be happier!
