The item arrived on time and was a brand new unused item as described. It instantly went onto the bed frame with no effort and all is well now after the last one wore out. I have 3 left from the set in case I need any for the future. I would recommend this item and/or vendor for future purchases.
Item was nice but maybe ship it in cardboard or something to reinforce it. It was shipped in a plastic bag and signs were a little bent but able to flatten them out.
