***NOTE TO BUYERS*** This is a used item, so each item is going to show some signs of use. If you are looking for a mint condition used CD in our auctions, its not going to happen. If you are extremely critical or unrealistic about condition, these are probably not items you are going to be looking for. We do our best to describe any obvious defects or issues. We do not use any stock photos for used items, so items pictured in auction are of actual item. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We are happy to help with anything you need. As a courtesy to our customers, any jewel cases that didn't meet our quality standards have been replaced with new ones. After grading and review of each CD, it is put into either a mylar protective sleeve, or sealed with thick shrink wrap plastic. CDs that contain the original OBI strip will be secured inside the jewel case within the booklet insert. This is to help protect the OBI strip and keep it flat during the shipping process. We want to protect any printed matter by securing it inside the jewel case. All of our CDs will also come with a custom promotional Lost and Found Records OBI strip, exclusive to our customers. Insert and Jacket discoloration (Foxing) - Japanese Pressings Foxing is evident with rust colored spots which occur on paper resulting from oxidation of both organic and iron impurities left behind during the paper making process. This is most evident when an additional bleaching process is added. Only when these impurities exist in the paper, given exposure to the right humidity and temperature factors, will foxing occur. Due to periods of high humidity and heat in Japan, foxing is a common occurrence on paper products manufactured for CD's in Japan. Foxing usually is more prevalent on inserts that are white with no ink print. Most Media Mail shipments arrive within a week to 10 days after leaving our originating Southern Utah Post Office. We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items caused by courier. If your shipment arrives damaged, missing items, or is lost, please contact your local office to file a claim. Once it leaves our hands, it is out of our control. Please understand no returns or refunds will be issued on circumstances outside of our control. All shipments are packed as such that any evidence of tampering during transit will be obvious. We use specialized tape and or stickering to show any evidence of tampering.
