Unfortunately the machine received damage on the corners during shipping, though the rest of the machine including glass was packaged well and in good shape. Seller was very understanding with the condition of the item and offered the partial refund I suggested in the refund request. 11/10 would recommend seller!!!
Wow! I was very impressed when I got my package from this seller. It was very well cushioned and packaged. The casserole dish and lid were in great shape and I was so happy. I used to have one of these years ago and I am glad to have it again. It arrived exactly as described. The seller had a great price and fair shipping. I highly recommend this seller.
