Further Details Title: Sour Cream Glasses Condition: New Description: Among today's favorite glass collectibles are the decorative containers that once held sour cream. From the late 1940s through the early 1990s sour cream was marketed in glasses having pry-off tops. After removing the lid and consuming the contents, one had a lovely, decorative tumbler to use and enjoy for free. This successful packaging strategy has left a remarkable array of glassware that is durable, colorful, and highly collectible. Here is the historical information, along with a value guide presented in an easy-to-use format complete with check-off boxes to easily maintain a collection. Barabara E. Mauzy again presents a useful, useable book that dealers and collectors alike will find to be an invaluable tool. If you enjoy kitchen collectibles this book belongs in your library. 1. I bought the item for its fair price and free shipping. The seller shipped it out a few days later (batch shipments l it seems) . My expansion copy was in pristine condition upon arrival as it had been packaged well (bubble wrap “envelope”).When I reached out to them because I saw it hadn’t been marked as shipped yet, they responded same day and told me it would be shipped out with other items a few days later and it wouldn’t impact the delivery date - they were wrong - it arrived 2 days early!!

  2. I've ordered from Rarewaves here in the US and the UK multiple times, and continue to do so. They always seem to have something I can't find anywhere else at all or for a reasonable price. When I purchase used items, they are as described, if not a grade better. Aways a quick turnaround after ordering, every item arrives promptly, professionally packaged. Many orders have free shipping, even for solitary item orders. I never needed a reason to communicate, as I've had no cause. Recommended.

  3. Item arrived still wrapped as advertised but it must have taken some damage in transit since it arrived with a couple cracks and a small chunk of the frame of the case had completely detached. BUT the discs were still undamaged so I messaged the seller to tell them I was still going to keep the item I just wanted to let them know about the issue and they messaged me back and offered me 20% off the order to make up for the inconvenience. Great seller. Would purchase from them again.
