Shipping could have been faster, but it was on time. So no complaints. Packing was just fine. The description of the model was spot on. And the value was okay. It's just the shipping is and not so much on this item. Overall is terrible. It just needs to be looked at. Overall my experience was just fine. Shipped quick and well packaged. As advertised, some blemishes in the box and the disc isn't entirely perfect, however this was not hidden.
