This means the pen has not been tested or opened and came from an estate. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT COLOR INK IS IN THIS PEN Overall very good condition with some signs of wear, some surface scratches. This pen May or may not need inner part (sac/seal/diaphragm etc.) or might need cleaning.
