USPS took forever to deliver my item but it arrived well packaged.. was easy to connect and works as described... had error codes from the previous appliance that gave our washer issues but was able to resolve them ourselves.
Item was as described. Packaging was intact. $100 cheaper than Sears Direct. Item cost was made of of mostly shipping. Worked perfect. Took less than a week to get item. Came FedEx.
