  1. Shipment very well packed, item as described, however, I had to pay import VAT to have the shipment released from customs, which I actually paid when payment was made for the item. I normally have no problems shopping outside the EU, as the eBay VAT collect system works, however, it does not work if the IOSS clearance identifier hasn’t been submitted, which seems to be the issue here.
