The item was exactly as described and works well. There was a miscommunication with getting the item shipped, but the seller responded immediately to my message and got the item shipped that day. Very happy with such a pleasant seller.
Not sure why my item didn't arrive. But I will give this eBay seller the benefit of the doubt. Not happy sending messages with no reply. Hope this doesn't happen to other interested eBay Buyers. it's been a frustrating experience.
