Purchased soto sod-331. Item arrived as described and genuine. As others have mentioned the seller did mention 10 business days to process/ship order and resulted in slow shipping for today's standard. This can be improved on. Other than that the item was packaged well and you can tell the seller cares about their customers unboxing experience as they include some cultural Japanese thank you for purchasing note and origami. A good honest seller and would buy again.
The package was well packed and they gave some adorable origami!! The price for this package is a good and reasonable price, although I had to pay import/duty care tax. The condition and quality is brand new!! The customer service is really good, they provide me information that I needed and it was worth the wait. My item arrived within 10 days which is reasonable.
