Long shipping / delivery time, used the absolute cheapest method possible. When package arrived, it was completely damaged and empty. Sticker on box stated reused box, and it showed. No item in box. Contacted seller immediately due to sticker on box and no item. Seller agreed to refund (thank you) then itbtook a long time and multiple messages to make the refund happen. It finally did, and I appreciate it. Tried to be patient as they state small sellern and parent.
