Return was effortless -- pre-paid return, and as soon as the package was dropped off for shipping, I received notice that my refund was completed. Even though I didn't get the part I needed, overall the transaction worked out very well.

  3. I ordered two white ones, but I received one white, and one black. A bit of a waste of time and should have not happened. Seller was prompt in giving me a refund however but I did have to return to black one. The camera works great, however.
