The ipower station arrived packed exceptionly well .Description of product was accurate and the product is of high quality ..Im new to solar. Unfortunately I had pruchased panels the were not compatable with device ..I must say the tech support and customer service the company provided helping me understand and resolve the issue was absolutely fantastic ..I would highly recommend purchasing from. this company
They had a great deal on a refurbished product. When they found out, there were no more refurbished units in the warehouse. They messaged me through eBay and told me that they were sending me out a brand new unit at the same cost. The shipping was a great deal. The packaging was in pristine condition And it was better than what was described.
