Red cloth covers with gold stamping on spine. 902 pages. 994 illustrations, all drawings, some are tinted. Condition: Ex-library: white inking on lower spine, library stampings on upper and lower page edges, library stampings inside both covers and on both the FFEP and RFEP (plus several places further inside the books) Covers show wear: spine edges rolled and heavily rubbed (fraying top and bottom), spine creased several times, some rubbing on the spine edges, outer corners bumped and rubbed through to the core, some rubbing on the panel edges (through to the core in one spot); except as noted above, page edges unmarked. Penciled seller note on the title page of the first volume, 4 sheets have separated from the spine at the start of the 1st volume; otherwise, inner pages are clean, tight to the spine, and unmarked; light toning (tan).
