These Terms of Use govern use of the public informational website operated by International Commodities LLC (“IC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Informational content, not a binding offer

Information on this website about cocoa beans, green Robusta coffee, raw in-shell cashew nuts, sourcing, specifications, volumes, certifications, shipping, and other trade matters is provided for general business discussion only. It is not a quotation, guarantee of inventory, binding offer, or commitment to transact.

Transaction requirements

Any proposed purchase, supply, brokerage, or shipment is subject to due diligence, written commercial agreements, mutual acceptance of applicable specifications and terms, and confirmation of availability. Certification and traceability documents must be verified for the relevant product and shipment. Samples, inspections, and visits are not automatic or free; they may be considered for qualified parties under mutually agreed arrangements.

Commercial transactions and payment arrangements

International Commodities LLC may coordinate commercial transactions and, when expressly agreed in a separate written contract, receive payments from buyers, retain an agreed commission or fee, and arrange remittance of the remaining funds to the designated supplier. Payment instructions, the identity and capacity of the seller, responsibility for product conformity, export and delivery obligations, timing of remittances, refunds, disputes, and any safeguards for funds must be determined in the applicable signed agreements. No website statement creates an escrow service, guarantees a shipment, or overrides the parties’ contractual and legal obligations.

Confidentiality and supplier relationships

Submitting a form or contacting us does not itself establish a confidential relationship or non-disclosure/non-circumvention agreement. Any confidentiality, non-circumvention, or exclusivity requirements must be set out in a separately executed written agreement. Website content does not authorize bypassing IC in any introduced commercial relationship.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate but cannot guarantee that every description, document, specification, certification, volume, schedule, or link is current or free from errors.
